Served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.
Stuffed Cod Picone
Fresh Codfish baked with Maine Lobster, Shrimp & Cracker Stuffing in a
white wine/butter sauce. Served w/garlic mashed potatoes & vegetables.
Egg battered Chicken sautéed in a lemon, white wine butter sauce served
with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables
Veal sautéed with sausage, mushrooms, red roasted
peppers & onions in Marsala demi-glace served over capellini.
Chicken, Eggplant and Veal cutlets baked in marinara sauce with
mozzarella cheese. Served over capellini.
Penne Vodka w/Chicken
Penne pasta served with chicken medallions in a Vodka sauce.
Pork Rib Roast
Tender slow roasted pork on the bone finished in a sauté pan
with sausage, mushrooms, onions and roasted red peppers in a light
marsala sauce. Served over garlic mashed potatoes.
A house specialty served with artichokes, spinach, assorted mushrooms, capers and onions severed over Capellini in a Chardonnay lemon reduction.
House made eggplant served with penne pasta.
Large fresh Shrimp stuffed with a seafood cracker stuffing & oven baked.
